Sometimes it just happens that you want to get an output from your command-line into your log-file in total with having all the breaks coming up.
By default the break ( — MORE —) appears every 24 lines. To disable this just enter into your command-line that is connected to the Cisco device:
# IOS Device to enable "no breaks" term length 0 # IOS Device to disable "no breaks" term length 24
As you might need this for the Cisco ASA also:
# IOS Device to enable "no breaks" no pager # IOS Device to disable "no breaks" pager 24
This was the hole trick. I used it in several atomization scripts for SSH and telnet.
